Ok so today was a very long day. Ive been wanting to tune for a while now and just been holding it off cuz low funds and just not having a chance since i work 6 days a week. So today i decided would be the day. I had no choice but to call off from work :)

woke up my friend early to give me a hand. We installed the resistor box which actually turned out to be pretty easy. Next we had to install the injector clips which also went well. Next we tried to fit the injectors which was a little tricky becuase the injectors i have are for a mitshubishi so we had to mess with the seal so they fit snug.

So we hit the dyno, got my ecu socketed and chipped with Crome. After this nothing went as expected, ran into a couple obstacles. Since i was running it untuned before it was all ghetto rigged with extra map sensors and micky mouse vaccum lines so we had to redo everything legit. Next we find out i have boost leaks so that took us a while to fix and eventually find some more problems. I have a crack in my exhuast manifold that i hadnt noticed til then. So as u can see things just didnt go as well as i hoped.

But in the end atleast im running the correct air/fuel ratio. I did make 174whp and that was only at 3 pounds of boost. Ill be going back soon once i fix the leaks. Im also going to get a skunk2 im and invest in a legit exhuast manifold.

Sorry for writing so much and not having pics

I went to Whitfield Racing formally known as Rage Performance but now owned by Jason Whitfield. A friend of my friend works there so he was really cool about letting us work on the car there and try to fix the problems between dyno runs.

Got my neukin manifold in the other day and started to install it. In order for it to fit i had to grind off some of the power steering bracket. I couldnt complete the job becuase my downpipe is to long and doesnt fit with my new manifold. Tomorrow im gonna have to have it towed to the exhaust shop so they can cut and weld it. I might as well have them weld another bung on it to so i can run a wideband O2 at all times. Heres some pics for yall
