Hi Matt. I replaced my exhaust donut today. Sounds so much better now.
The old gasket was pretty beat up, but I think the main cause of the leak was the fact that I hadn't tightened down one of the spring bolts

Mine was $20, I was hoping to spend 10...
Went to 3 places before settling no having Napa autoparts order one for me. One place called Honda and they wanted $40 for the CR-V donut, lol. I think im going to go to a dealership and barter with them sometime. They sure as hell dont make their gaskets in-house. They order them from a supplier with an approved quality control.

Ah I see. At least it wasn't $30, then it would be a rip off. I got mine from my local muffler shop.
It's nice out here in LA too. That reminds me... I need to go shopping too. I need a new winter jacket. I don't have anything thick enough to keep me warm. Looking into a North Face jacket.

When's the last time y'all checked or replaced the little plastic things on the pedals? One came off my DA the night before Halloween and I was stuck in Dallas for a half hour around 3 AM. Luckily I had friends in the car, and thank God for Google. I had to reach up under the dash to push the clutch interlock switch with my finger while one of my friends turned the key. I told em "If I stall, we're fucked"
What really sucked is having your car not start, and then doin some yoga shit trying to start it in 45 degree weather in a basketball uniform (I was dressed as Jason Terry)
