Does it say VTEC or DOHC VTEC on the valve cover?

Get your engine code and type it into Google. The interwebz shall reveal whether or not your engine has VTEC.

^^ Does your rpms JUMP and suddenly accelerate much faster at a particular RPM? if you can feel a kick anywhere in the RPM range you probably have VTEC or are hesitating like a mofo

hey take it easy my brother says that you can not have vtec on a car and it still has that kick at a certain rpm like vtec, mine has that kick at 4500rpm.
