Hello everyone. I am in the market for a new suspension set up other than stock.
The car is an 01 gsr. I drive this car on the weekends and sometime during the week, so its not a dd.
I do not auto cross or anything other than take it in a straight line ( though when i go around corners, i put it down fun stuff!). Im looking for suspension that is a little bit more stiff than stock, or possibly more.
im looking for something that is height adjustable, with stiffer than stock shocks basically. i dont know my budget yet. i want it dropped
ive been reading wondeful things about the koni gellow/gc set up, but that seems a little on the expensive side and a bit much for what im trying to do. but it is (supposedly) tested and true.
i have looked and function & forms type 1 for a little bit. height adjust ability independent of shock travel. they are cheap, but i havent found many reviews on them and if i do they say that they are good for the price, with a few negative responses.
i was also thinking koni reds with the gc coils? would the koni reds be able to take being lowered and still be stiff?
i also assume that all i will need to fix the camber problem, i would just need say a front camber kit(control arms) and lca's or a rear camber kit?
if anyone would like to help me out, please do so, im all ears! ... or eyes i guess haha. thanks
