Yeah, it's okay I guess lol.

I'll update with new pictures & stuff tomorrow, I've got no time today lol.

UPDATE:

I've got a tensioner pulley going bad! Yippie....

Going to order a new aluminum tensioner pulley next week or so. Then order new headlight bulbs.

Ordered new headlight buls Yesterday... Got some POS Xenon "HID" 8500K "Blue" bulbs. I was going to get the 12000K bulbs, but it said they are Purple, so I didn't want Purple lights lol.

Got em for $25 shipped brand new.

next paycheck i'm ordering the tensioner pulley.

UPDATE:

I decided to order the whole new control arm with all new bushings already installed.... It will be so much easier. And it's only like $60 for a new control arm. I'll be ordering one in two paychecks.

I forgot about this thingy.

I rigged up a intake elbow. I just need it to be welded. It's part 3" Aluminum and aprt 3" plastic lol.

UPDATE:

Well, these past few days, i've been helping my step-dad do the insulation on our house up in the atic. I was wondering what this shiny stuff was for, and he says it helps reflect the heat away from the inside of the house.

SO me, being a car thinking Genius, I decided to cut a few pieces and use them for my intake system! To keep heat from my headers away! Weee!

So I wrapped my MAF sensor housing, air cleaner heatsheild, and my intake elbow in the stuff.

EDIT- Oh, and I just ordered a full set of Polyurethane control arm bushings. 4 Piece set, both control arm bushings for both sides. Only $34 free shipping. Hoping to get these installed by this weekend....

I'll be ordering the Aluminum tensioner pulley sometime later. After my step-dad pays me the $100 for helping putting in the insulation. $100 may sound like nothing for all that work, but I have also not been paying them my $100 a month for insurance for like, 3 months :oops: Lol

Wow, my Urethane bushings have already shipped! Those guys are awesome!

UPDATE:
New headlight bulbs came in yesterday! Yippie! Now I drive at Night!

Oh, I painted my Home Depot lip flat black too. I like it better.

Meh, knock-off POS bulbs are cool with me. They are JDM apparently. "Made As Japan".

I didn't want to spend a ton of money of headlight bulbs since mine were blown, I just wanted to get the headlights working again lol.

I still need to figure out whats wrong with my foglights. They still don't work. :(

UPDATE:

I got my control arm bushing installed! Yay! But I still haven't got my control arm back in :lol:

And I ported my stock OEM downpipes.... Just for the hell of it.







Comaprison. Wow that old bushing was torn as Hell


Just gotta get it in there! lol


Got in in there and also took that time to clean the control arm also.


Got it into the control arm thanks to this BEAST!

UPDATE

I got my Jetta back on the road. Finally got the control arm lined up with the ball joints.

Polyurethane bushings feel awesome. No more clunks!

One problem down, many to go.

UPDATE:

I installed my new Aluminum tensioner pulley.... It looks awesome! Solved one of my problems.... It only took like 10minutes to install too....



I've also almost completed my DIY OEM airbox...


Got a shocker sticker just for the hell of it


And yes, I've got a TeddyBear hanging from my car.
