i want to build my gsr which has 170k miles to hold boost. i have headers exhaust and intake. what should be my next step?

Ok got it. First thing's first. Figure out how much power you want, then do your research.

It's personal preference. Do what you want. All motor, turbo, supercharge. It's up to you. Think about what you want out of your Integra.

You mean power, not speed. Speed is calculated in MPH. Anyway... To reach 250whp, turbocharging would be your best bet. I suggest that you go look into the FI section and do some research. Good luck.

Did you already decide which route to take? Cam gears are worthless unless you upgrade your cams.

really if you have 170,000 miles you are flirting close to blowing your car up. If it's your beast you should probably pull the engine and rebuild it. Make sure to also swap out the pistons to a lower compression ratio. It will help your turbo.
