an engine rebuild will deifinitely need to be done, preferably with forged internals to play it safe. You might also need to do some head work, but first get a compression test to make sure your engine can handle the boost.

really if you have 170,000 miles you are flirting close to blowing your car up. If it's your beast you should probably pull the engine and rebuild it. Make sure to also swap out the pistons to a lower compression ratio. It will help your turbo.
