^^^ its not grounding where it is right now. you need to ground it on the post that is part of the motor. where you have it now, is just on the valve cover.

Looks good, I wanted to do a shoot last weekend bc it was nice but I ended up doing a 97 conversion on a gst I just picked up. Way to rep the midwest lol

I dunno about any meets, I live like an hour north of kc so I haven't been on a cruise in KC... I use to go on them in Springfield when I went to school down there. I had a lowered chevy pickup. Lol nah I never go the cig light plug, I am going to have to go to a pick n pull sometime for a gst I have now so I figure I will just grab on then.

that ground is to the frame and to the VC...thats where one of the grounds are located..just not in that exact spot on the VC, but that ground is good enough

i usually have mine on the little 'nub/lip' on the VC, thats where mine was on my gizzer..if i remembered correctly

your valve cover is covered in paint and separated from your motor with a rubber gasket. putting a ground there is useless. the oem spot is on the valve cover nut to the left of where it is now. it goes there since that stud is connected to the motor and will actually make a difference. i dont care if you leave it, its not an important ground and you probably wont even notice if no wire is there; however, it should be like this.:

Also i was reading in a super street magazine about cleaning up your engine bay, and it said you can ground it to the back of the VC somewhere. Is there a certain spot i could put it back there?
