I totally agree.When I was a newb I was told that a bolt on is a something that you do not have to crack open the motor to install...i.e. the valve cover never comes off...but everyone has their own definitions.
Why? If you're concerned about the ill effects of underdriving the alternator/accessories then you can always opt for the lightweight, stock diameter pulleys, and free up a couple HP. But you'd see more gains from just about any other bolt-on.pulleys are a no no.
Yeah, I want him to buy my DC header, notice the wink.those suck compared to something like a hytech or hytech replica. there are dyno proven gains of 10+ hp using a hytech over a 2.5" dc.
