When I was a newb I was told that a bolt on is a something that you do not have to crack open the motor to install...i.e. the valve cover never comes off...but everyone has their own definitions.
I totally agree.

pulleys are a no no.
Why? If you're concerned about the ill effects of underdriving the alternator/accessories then you can always opt for the lightweight, stock diameter pulleys, and free up a couple HP. But you'd see more gains from just about any other bolt-on.

those suck compared to something like a hytech or hytech replica. there are dyno proven gains of 10+ hp using a hytech over a 2.5" dc.
Yeah, I want him to buy my DC header, notice the wink.

Those mods aren't really necessary until you get into headwork.

Intake, cams/gears, header, high flow cat/exhaust, and a tune should net you about 20whp, more or less.

hondata is good and there is chrome and a number of other programs. but you should find someone that actually knows how to tune like a shop so you dont blow your shit up
