I would much rather have a lighter alt and power steering pulley, than just start yanking things. AC and powersteering are a must if this is your daily driver and you live anywhere where it gets remotely warm. If you yank your powersteering, your car will be lighter and your engine bay will look a lot cleaner. Unfortunatly your car will handle a lot worse. I've had a unorthodox crank pulley in my car for over 5 years and have suffored no ill effects.

your car definitely does handle worse without power steering. you have MUCH more feel in the wheel. it will improve your handling if anything. if you cant benchpress 100lbs i wouldnt suggest it; but it really is pretty easy to turn the wheel if the lines are vented properly or you convert to a manual rack. i can one hand palm turns with ease. only time i ever have to use both hands is it a dead stop and even then it doesnt require much effort

i would love to disagree with you but i dont feel like it right now.

lol
It's just a recipe for a little build. That's all. Nothing too drastic. It's a good guide for a newbie who wants a litlle more power. Were you going to tell him to go turbo?

We could be having a discussion on the flight patterns of migratory water fowl and Winki would come into the thread and tell us to go boost.
