Windows Tinted? Post Pics

looks a lot darker in the pics, i can see into the car from about 10feet away. not like super clear, but can see into it

my car is from Ohio so thats why its so light. it must go darker. and for price it came on the car

I am getting soon 20% all around.. will post some pics. Some guy I found on the forums will do it for 160 but currently I have a crappy little tint of like 70% that is stripping in the front and I have the usual kinda purple one in back.. but I have to pay to get it removed before getting the new tints. Some places were charging 190$for the tints + 150$ for the removal and the others is about 200$ + 150 and over... am I the only one paying more than like 150$??? Cuz what I am getting will cost me 240$ in total with the removal and that is the cheapest I found.

^ How come you don't try to remove the old tint yourself before you bring it in? $150 just to remove tint sounds like a waste to me.

there are a lot of tricks you can try. if you have a steamer available, use that (i did). or you can use a heat gun to soften up the adhesive in small sections and peel it back. the easiest way would be to just take a razor blade or plastic scraper and flip the film back enough until you can get a good grip on it and slowly pull it down at an angle. ammonia, rubbing alcohol, Easy-Off, 409, or soaking it in Windex will take off the rest of the gunk left over. get creative. lol lay a cover down beneath the window unless you don't mind your interior getting dirty.

we have this really good cleaner we used at the shop when tinting...i don't remember the name, but it cleans up the leftover residue really well. i'll check it later if i remember.

anyway, it sure beats paying someone $150 for something that'll take you an hour max. to do yourself! lol

On the Teg I had 35% all the way around including full frontal :)



And a cloudy day



And at night I had no issues at all. Because its only 35%. The whole front changes everything

im gettnn 3% back three windows because i dont have a trunk cover and my subs shows and i live in the ghetto so im gonna need it than 18% passenger and driver and 18% for my eyebrow
