lol, meh. Just because it's not that cold there, it doesn't mean it doesn't compare. I bet your stuff gets hotter then ours does. I hate when it gets really hot like that.

In Tennessee it doesn't get that hot during the summer, 90s. In Florida very very hot. 200% humidity and 100 degree weather.

i'm about 70-75% done with the body work. =)

i can't wait until i can say that i'm totally done and ready for the paint booth. after i finish the body work, i need to shoot a few coats of epoxy primer and high build primer on. tons of sanding before that and after that, as well. then seal that shit and send it in to get painted. i haven't even chosen a definite color for the teggy. haha =X

all this sanding by hand business better pay off in the end! a few of my body work buddies said that it'll make that last ounce of difference at the end. they're anti-air/electric sanders.

wouldn't it suck if after it gets painted, i find all kinds of flaws on it? lol i'd kill myself...

i'm checking my work and everything over a million times to make sure the teg's going to be flawless before it goes in for paint. lol i'm a perfectionist. maybe that's why it's taking me forever and a day to finish this shit.

That is good. A body shop wouldn't be as concerned or perfectionist as you will. You're doing it for yourself where they would just being doing it for money

that's true.

i didn't want to fork over a fortune to a shop, just to have them cut corners trying to get it LOOKING decent. i was afraid that they'll just throw on a shit load on Bondo on and paint it. lol i trust no one.

It's hard to find a body shop worth trusting. Most of them want to cut corners and charge you up and collect the difference
