Poor bike though.... Someone needs to buy and de-rice that thing, X1's ate damn good looking bikes in stock form IMO.

I wouldn't pay more than $600 for that piece of shit how it sits though. Probably spray painted everything without masking a thing, you'd have to strip it, sand blast it, have everything powder coated/painted, then find and buy an X1 front end which I'm sure wouldn't be "cheap"

Popular thing to do with Tubers is swapping over to the XB front end and wheels.... Better braking and lighter.

That probably costs more than an x1 front end, doesn't it?

Both should cost right around the same. I've seen full XB front ends with everything sell for 6-700, and tuber forks (not the M2) alone sell for 300-350.


All depends where you look and if you can get a deal off of someone.



I believe XB front enter require an adapter or certain type of shim to work on tubers, but people machine those and sell them for fairly cheap (under 100)
