according to the post on some mugen FS/WTB group on FB its an ongoing thing. I only buy my Mugen stuff from King. I am waiting a long time for my order though since its backordered...but whatever getting it straight from Mugen's only US distributor.

It's in amazing condition other than a crease in the middle because it was folded.
I need to figure out a way to flatten it out without damaging it.

Yeah I plan on steam cleaning it. It's under my mattress right now.
