Interior Customization & Sizing?

So, I have recently purchased a '94 LS to replace my '90 Integra, which I have to unfortunately sell (Grandma owns the car, while I own the 94. And she wants it sold) and looking into redoing my interior to a black on red color scheme. I originally tried painting the vinyl on the '90 doors, and it ended up melting and being sticky under Los Angeles' heat.

This time around, I'm going to be stripping the vinyl and reapplying new vinyl instead of painting over it (Yes, noob mistake) and can't for the life of me find measurements on how many yards of vinyl I'll need to complete the job.

It's possible I'll put up a Guide on how I did it once I complete the project, but right now I'm waiting on starting work so I can fund this endeavor. :D

I was thinking of reapplying the vinyl on the entire door panels, and eventually move on to re-vinyling the dash and headers (I know for headers, I'd need a special type of glue due to the amount of heat the headers are exposed to)

And I was debating using PlastiDip for trims (plastic pieces)? The plastic pieces I had painted in the '90 held up fine, aside from some chipping(I didn't really properly clean them. I was young, stupid, impatient/lazy and wanted them to look the way I had in my head)

But this time around, I'm going to spend alot more prep-time preparing my pieces to be revinyled and repainted.

No fucks given.
Will you also be adding dingleberries to the pillars and windshield trim?

For the plastic pieces, use SEM. Doesn't get much better than their line of products for that, IMO.
This shall be interesting.

Nope. Just a VTEC Sticker and some holes in the hood for that extra HP. And a Type R sticker on the trunk for a boost of 50 additional HP :p

And racing stripes for +5 HP

Once I get all the materials together, I'll throw up a build thread on my interior makeover. The 94 is a green color with some clear coat oxidation, and I want to give it a physical makeover before I start working on the engine itself. It's going to be a daily driver so I wont be chasing Horses for the track (yet)

But I have a b18 VTEC head swap planned in the future. The previous owner put a GSR Tranny and I believe a Stage 1 clutch? No idea honestly on the clutch, except my friend described it as aftermarket and being tighter than the OEM.

The other asshole
The header? Vinyl? Meth?

You'll never get the material to shape to the panels like the oem, Probably gonna be a nasty mess.

Please don't go crazy ricer. We hate crazy ricers.
But but....I was going to put JDM and Japanese signs all over my bumper and that Type R sticker. :p

Nah. Not going to make it look Ricey-Racer status. I like the look of Black-on-Red and Red-On-Black so going that route. I saw a Red/Black Integra I liked alot and settled on that colour scheme.

Better than if I was going to do some bright neon blue or neon green *shudder*

Can't find the exact picture of the car, but basically this.

Originally I wanted to do an exterior of matte black with red/black interior. But switched to a Red/Black exterior with a Red/Black interior to match, since my current group of friends tends to all have red cars, and I'm the odd man out on our road trips.

Use a different color than them and build a faster car then theirs. Drive in front of them on the high way and you'll look like the boss. Hahah
