Thank you sir!

But as for engine setup, yes in using the LS crank in a Gsr block. Its a mild stroke increase. I had and sold a mint oem LS crank and now cant find a descent crank anywhere around here. So I opted on this crank. Got a good deal from ImportParts.com... I probably will have to have the CP pistons I have in mind fly cut to get desired compression.
and what about rods? are you gonna use the GSR rods or LS rods? I always wondered what was necessary for "stroking a honda engine"

I already had a set of barely used eagle LS rods. You need to use corresponding rods to crank. I'm sure you can do the math and come up with custom rods to use whatever rods, but this way is easier.

Just depends how far it increases. Most manufacturers rounds #'s up. A gsr isnt truly 1800cc's. Its very close but not there. So they round it up. But you have to take the bore in consideration as well, as that will increase displacement.

Compression will be alil higher due to flat face valves and may take some layers of the headgasket out.

It helps give you a guideline. Your piston to deck height can be higher if you use a b16 head, due that the b16 has a open combustion chamber. I pefer 94-01 gsr head for the squench is better than the b16 head..
