If you wanna be ballin look at this fuel cell, Couple guys I know are wanting or running it. I was looking into it for my teg later on when I get a bigger fuel setup (looking for 600whp on E85) They have a 5 gallon tank, But if it's a daily they have a 9 gallon cell but it's expensive...

Thanks for the suggestion! I still have tons of research to do, but hopefully I'll have it all figured out by spring.
Here is today's contribution to the build.
After getting home from school I wanted to take care of the gas tank as I plan on installing it sometime this weekend if everything works out.
I posted the picture last night of the tank with the actuator and the bezel. What I didn't show was the super dirty tank, so I'm posting this as a reference. When purchased by Austin Rajki, on Flickr
Then here is the picture I posted last night after a quick wipe down to show what I'm dealing with. New Fuel Tank by Austin Rajki, on Flickr
After about 3 hours of sanding I came out with this. It looks much, much better in person, but pretty much all the rust is gone. The marks you see are small pitting marks, but they look much worse in the pictures than they really are. Cleaned up by Austin Rajki, on Flickr
Then it was time to set up the ghetto paint shop again and mask the tank off. Masked Off by Austin Rajki, on Flickr
and spray. This is what I'm at now. Not too bad for an $80 tank. Painted by Austin Rajki, on Flickr
My fingers really hurt, I wouldn't be surprised if I sanded half my finger prints off. haha Now to watch some anime and go to bed.
