I was going to suggest grinding down the flutes, but I wasnt sure with it bieng glass, and the front light. There a youtube vid of a guy that did his rear lights all led, and he grinded the inside of the lens. Looked really, really nice. But those where backlights.I have seen a G2 with OEM 1 pieces retrofitted and the HIDs worked well. Still had the clean line. He took the time to sand the inside of the lens smooth at the headlight area so the light output wasn't scattered or diffused. I'm sure it took some time and some don't like the look of the smooth lens at the headlight and still fluted at the fogs and turn signals. IMPO, best headlights for a G2 are a clean set of OEM 1 pieces and Raybrig high output bulbs.

Exactly, but I would love to keep my car looking clean and OEM. It'll be damn near impossible for me to sand down the glass flutes on the OEM lenses though and I'm not spending $400 for JDM 1pcs.I've already mentioned those options.
At the end of the day he obviously doesn't consider the aftermarket lights that ricer or he wouldn't have considered them at all.

But I like the OEM discount hid kits. Made of glass so no oxidation after 21 years. Would it be better to do a retrofit or buy better dual filament bulbs? I'm also not one of those people looking to blind oncoming traffic so
