The Honda Motor Company has lost it's way

Honda doesnt meet the qualifications to be in nascar. They dont have a production v8 and the nsx wont have one either. I can only see American car companies being in NASCAR because they seem to be ignorant to the trends across the world.
You calling NASCAR ignant?

I'm coming at you, D.

no. i said american companies were. lol. re read it. From what i understand you need a production v8 to be in nascar. i guess lots of car manufacturers are going with a v8 motor, bmw, mclaren, other people. people are downsizing.

Damn, I like the idea of a vacuum cleaner in the car. I hate having to bust out the extension cord and plugging it to the shop vac.

This. Here in Texas especially San Antonio they advertise the tundra as being an american truck. Straight up. Its possibly because its also built here in SA...
Goes back to what I said about Toyota's advertising. They are very aggressive in the US market, and part of that is producing cars in the US and saying they are an American company.

Hey, this guy is a new nascar fan for a couple of years now. I just went to autoclub 400 to watch kyle busch win in a toyota, and led nearly the whole race! Toyota is fine, and in some places, like Los Angeles, thier inclusion brought in fans. I like to see my japanese roots and will support them. If honda gets in, ill go apesh!t.

As long as 5 time isnt driving. We all know his success is a product of chad knaus.
I've been a Nascar fan for 21 years, I watched Dale Earnhardt die in the 2001 Daytona 500. I still have some memorabilia from when Jeff Gordon won the Winston cup back in 1995. A lot of the drivers I see now are the children of the drivers I used to watch.
Toyota played a loophole in the Nascar regulations to be able to join. Regulations require the racecars to be based American vehicles. To me, that means cars made by american companies. Toyota makes a lot of cars in the US, most of their Camarys are, but is the Camary an American car? No, it's still a Japanese car made by a Japanese company. Is the Ford Focus a Mexican car? If Honda were to make most of their Civics in say Germany, would the Civic become a German car? No, they are still considered to be American and Japanese cars respectively.

No, I'm just stating that Toyota doesn't really belong in Nascar. Its not about the competition, the cars are all identical besides the front grill styling and the stickers they put on them so it really doesn't make any difference. I just disagree with the Nascar associations' decision to allow Toyota to sponsor cars. Allowing Toyota and maybe Honda to sponsor completely disregards the foundation of Nascar racing. I've never heard of prohibition bootleggers running moonshine in Camarys or Accords.

you were a nascar fan even when you had no cognitive function to like or dislike one thing or another besides your mom and dad, you sir should have been studied by a university.

Haha, I came out of the womb with a Nascar shirt on. For as long as I can remember I've been a fan of Nascar, and played with the matchbox Nascars since I could talk. My childhood nearly revolved around Nascar. One of my first toys was a Dominoes Tonka truck and I would spend hours just rolling it back and forth watching the wheels go around.
