The Honda Motor Company has lost it's way

They were just an engine supplier for all of those teams. When Honda actually built both chassis and engine they failed miserably.

Honda might want to partner with a non-McLaren entity, the MP4-28 is GAWBAGE

BRZ is great doe.
they will be with McLaren. The Farrari sucked last year, and bounced back and was a title contender. Its the pull rod suspension McLaren is using. They will be a title contender if Jenson has the drive to do it, which he doesnt. He isnt Hamilton, or Alonso.

Perez will never be fast enough to compete with Lewis/Fernando/Seb.
Button was never that fast.
Whitmarsh is a dunce and they're losing a lot of the great minds behind some of their fast recent cars.

I don't see them bouncing back like Fezza.

Perez isnt fast, hes fast when he wants to be but he shows once he doesnt care he fails to perform. button will be faster than perez.

Guess no one pays attention to what Honda does in racing... 1.6L direct injected turbo,
http://www.hondasacuras.com/2012/07/honda-unveils-turbo-16-liter-direct.html

OR that they are talking to McLaren about being an engine supplier when F1 goes to a 1.6l v6 turbo configuration.

We all know what happened when Honda was with McLaren

So yes, s*** happened when they fell out of F1. But they are on the come back and good things are to come. When Honda was in F1 what did we have? NSX, Type R, S2000
Wow, can't imagine what my original 87 Integra would be like today with a new modern 1.6 turbo straight from Honda.

There has been a little bit of talk about NASCAR wanting to see Hondas. I think that would be amazing. And I've read a few articles about kers and its pretty cool

I think that would be shit. Nascar lost a lot of fans when Toyota got involved, and they would again lose more if Honda were to join. Not gonna lie but Honda doesn't really have a place in Nascar, less so than Toyota. Honda has made one RWD production car (S2000) and has never made a V8 engine outside of Formula 1. Sure in Nascar all the regulations are so strict that it really doesn't matter who makes it and the only difference are what body stickers are on the car, but Nascar is out of Honda's league. Toyota at least has made tons of RWD production cars. Toyota has a very aggressive stake in the US markets. Toyota seems to always push that they are best, and they really made a statement when they joined an American racing sport, dominated by only American companies, and the fan base consists mainly of hardcore American car company enthusiasts. Honda doesn't really follow the same advertising and have been content with their share of the US market.

Hey, this guy is a new nascar fan for a couple of years now. I just went to autoclub 400 to watch kyle busch win in a toyota, and led nearly the whole race! Toyota is fine, and in some places, like Los Angeles, thier inclusion brought in fans. I like to see my japanese roots and will support them. If honda gets in, ill go apesh!t.

As long as 5 time isnt driving. We all know his success is a product of chad knaus.

No fucks given.

You forgot a few: NSX to start , Beat (micro NSX), the old S500/600/800's which predated the S2K by 30 years, their Acty Kei truck/van, and old T360/500 and TN series Kei trucks.

But yes, they haven't made nearly as many RWD's as Toyota.

Honda doesnt meet the qualifications to be in nascar. They dont have a production v8 and the nsx wont have one either. I can only see American car companies being in NASCAR because they seem to be ignorant to the trends across the world.
