Probably safer on the 1" but i cannot say you need em for sure. Kinda want to say you need em though. I would do it just because you are using spacers and not a low offset wheel.

I wouldn't think so, it's in motion when you hold it to shift gears, just not that long

Ughhh That's something I should get my mom for christmas is a amp sub and wiring kit. Ever since she road in my car she wanted a sub. Lol. So expensive though and i'm so poor right now! I'ma see what I can do though Ain't buying her a cheap sub so if I can't come up with something nice i'll just get something else
