Speaking from experience, don't rush on buying a car. Sooner or later, the right car will come up and punch you in the face.

That hood and the high miles is what messes up the car. Talk him down a little..

Here, cars are usually cheap. A 125,000 mile integra in good condition usually goes for ~$3000.

That car seems like a good deal though. I bought my DB7 for 1,400. It has 185k miles.
