I talked to Mike last month, he told me the following: He has hired someone to help with orders and product. He is super backed up and has decided to take the website down for a while in order to catch up with everything.

The thing is when there is no communication, people are left to think the worst. It is during this waiting period that can ruin a buyers experience no matter the product quality. In the end, I would gladly pay more for simply better customer service. Luckily this seems to be a trend for him which somehow gives me a little comfort, not that it makes it right!

You ever get yours? It's been months and I haven't gotten anything. I need to figure out where he lives, I would pay him a visit for my money back. Hmm...

I ordered my dual-pod outer from quad pod on june 29th and Mike told me he would ship it out on july 6th. I haven't recieved my order and he is not responding to my emails. Has anyone else had problems like this? I ordered from him because I thought he was the best for our cars. I'm a lil disappointed right now.

It took a while for mine to get to me but they explained that they make these to order so I does take a couple weeks through the MFG process, he responded to my emails within 24 hrs

i order mine like 6 to 8 month ago and i still haven't got any thing yet. YES its been that long to the point i dont even know when i order it. i came here a few month ago n found his email here and i email him but yet still no answer. i email him 2 times. been going to his web sit here and there to see if he changed any thing yet and now today i checked at 11.48 pm and his site is down...

PLEASE if any one know him PLEASE tell him to email me at j_mee_5@yahoo.com about my PAY pod that i never got.

Mine was never shipped. Chalking it out to be a loss. If his site opens up gain, I will make sure his business is dead.

Just pulling this old thread out because I would still like this type of product...

As far as Quad-Pod, I never did receive my order, never did get any communication, ended up having to use PayPal to get my money back.
