problems with quad-pod

I ordered my dual-pod outer from quad pod on june 29th and Mike told me he would ship it out on july 6th. I haven't recieved my order and he is not responding to my emails. Has anyone else had problems like this? I ordered from him because I thought he was the best for our cars. I'm a lil disappointed right now.

Thats strange, Mike has been nothing but a stand up business man since his pods came out. I have his gauge pod and clock pod both in my car and no issues. Maybe he is a little backed up with orders, he is a 1 man crew as far as I know. Not sure why he's not responding to emails, maybe he's just busy or something. Keep trying I'm sure he'll get back to you

My final email to quad pod :\

My transaction number is *******************. I hate to feel like I keep bugging you or like i'm being a dick but I'm getting frustrated at this point. My order was placed June 29th and today is July 19th. It's been 20 days and your website says orders may take up to 14 days but at this point it's ridiculous. Twice I've gotten emails from you saying you were going to ship out my order and I have yet to recieve it. One time you said July 6th and the most recent time you said my order was finished and you would ship it out the next day which would have been on July 14th. You came highly reccomended from club integra and everyone says your customer service is great however after this transaction I'm not happy with the customer service I've recived I try to email you to check on the status of my order but I don't get any reply. I hope within this week my order will ship out because at this point I'm thinking about just asking for a refund. Please let me know the status of my order! Thanks Mike.

It sucks... Everything else I ordered shipped. And my gauges are just sitting here waiting for the pod to get here... I was hoping I could do it this Friday sense I finally got a day off.. Looks like that wont happen

sorry to hear youre having issues with quad pod. I ordered my bezel from him without problems at all. He was always quick to communicate. Maybe something happened to him that was out of his control? Im not sure, but I hope this doesnt turn into a peakboost type of problem. GL OP

Recieved my dual pod outer today. Mike explained to me that they moved to a new shop and the heat was causing bad over spray when trying to paint. He had tried to paint 3 times before he scrapped it and started a new one from scratch. The paint finish is perfect. I put the gauges in to get an idea of how it will look.

Shoot, I'm starting to have the same problem. Ordered mine 3/19/12 and emailed the next day to see if I could make and combine another order. Emailed a second time a week later to follow up. No reply to either. I know it's only been 10 days but I'm just looking for a response of some sort. As of now it looks like they opted to take the www.quad-pod.com website down. I will remain hopeful but with the product already paid for I become paranoid and impatient rather quickly especially when I don't hear from them. As of now I only have one email address for them sales@quad-pod.com so if anyone has other means of contact please let me know. I'm just a buyer in need of some expectations.

The thing is when there is no communication, people are left to think the worst. It is during this waiting period that can ruin a buyers experience no matter the product quality. In the end, I would gladly pay more for simply better customer service. Luckily this seems to be a trend for him which somehow gives me a little comfort, not that it makes it right!
