Very nice find. Very clean body too. You will learn to love these cars...although some parts are pretty hard to come by.But welcome to CI

Identical to mine, color and year. I got the Acura wheels though.
Very nice! I like the OG wheels.

I was looking for a Gen 2 when I came across this and fell in love. I needed something inexpensive as a daily driver for the next few months, but I also wanted a car that I'd never sell. Here's hoping I've found it!

I just came across mine 2 weeks ago, I was actually looking to buy an corolla 86. But when I seen the integra I fell in love. 160k miles on the motor and all it needs is a fuel pump. Body is almost dent free and the interior is mint. Gradz on your find! I like it!

I've had my teg for a few days now and I'm getting to know its quirks.
#1 Idles high at starup
On cold startup, car idles at 2200 rpm for a minute then drops to 1100 then goes back up to 2200 and slow backs down to about 1100.

I read this could be due to a dirty sensor. I will do more research and post my findings; of course any suggestions will be appreciated.

#2 Automatic Transmission issues
A few days ago, I noticed the shift between 2 and 1 was rough when decelerating into a stop. I didn't notice that problem when driving today, however, I did experience another issue. I had to get on it a little bit while merging into freeway traffic and it stuck in 2nd gear. I took it up over 4500 rpm for what seemed like 10 seconds or more and wouldn't it shift until I took my foot off the accelerator and then gently put it back on. The transmission was rebuilt by a reputable shop at 68000 miles.

I'm taking it into the shop on Thursday for a look over and tune up by my mechanic. I'm don't have much experience working on cars but I'm hoping to change that.

I hate to hear that about the tranny bro, TRANNY'S can be a pain. I've always favored manuals over automatics for the simple fact automatics cost alot more to fix and usually will screw you over in the long run. Atleast with a manual when the clutch goes out you can't blame anyone but yourself. Good luck with your car though, for its age it seems to be doing rather well. Mine needs a fuel pump the rest of the car seems to be doing well for its age. My everyday driver is a 97 toyota 4runner with 225k miles lol.
