Although people don't like your style, I give you credit for you creativity and the fact you yourself are making the parts. I know I couldn't work with metal to make my own parts.

Eh screw it, it'll sure be one of a kind. I'd stay away from that spoiler u made tho it wouldn't match the back too well.... I really wanna see an engine bay shot tho man.

It's whatever. But if you wanted a super car you shouldn't have gotten an integra. Don't show it off as something it's not, IMO.

But, your skills are impressive so far.

The picture is of the base of a mobile table. It is formed out of 4 pieces of aluminium. The pieces are welded together, hammer and dollied flat at the welds and then ground and polished so the welds disappear. The tolerance for flatness is 15 thousands of an inch. If you look there is a straight edge on the top to show it is flat. It is a challanging bit of work but as you can see some of the same pieces could be used on my hood and intack scoop. Just have to work it into my schedual.
The whole back of my car is a cancer case so it needs replacing soon. It is presently covered up with bondo and a poor paint job. As far as the engine bay is concerned it does not look like anything special. So much to do so little money and worse little time. LOL

I'm confused about two things.

1) why don't you just source the correct bumper for your car?
2) if your dead set on fabricating it yourself, why don't you make it look original? Taking your skills and matching the oem bumper to where no one would be able to tell the difference is much more inpressive IMO.

Being creative is a brilliant idea, so is doing your own bit with your car. However your fabrication skill are obviously quite good I would apply those to doing something more tasteful. You got quite the earful with your spoiler idea and this isn't going very well either. I would keep these ideas as ideas nothing more.

It may be distasteful to most, but to him it's fine. Just let it be. Don't hate me for saying this, but it's his car. He can do whatever he likes.

I do agree that each person is entitled to their own ideas of what they want to do with their car, and I'm not trying to come off as cross. Its just that the two post I've seen from him have been about large scale fabrication work (with quite a bit of flack) and him always reverting back to his "skills". It wasn't to be rude, it was just my own opinion, nothing more.
