It drives no differently than my previous wheels. But i have not taken it through any sort of hard driving in regards to cornering and dont really plan to. I do however plan to get a feeler for how they hold up at a decent pace.

I dont know yet about sunday, its still up in the air for me as usual and will prob end up deciding to go or not on saturday night. In the end it'll depend if i wake up in time even. lol Hardly anyone seems interested or id be more inclined to try and make it. Would prefer to go though.

What is a good place on the net to purchase Jeep accessories? I'm looking for running board and a trailer hitch for my 2001 Jeep Cherokee Limited just found out it's already equipped with a trans oil cooler.

I don't do anything that I think is pushing the car, but I haven't gotten anything to help support the car for better turning.
If you do though tell me how it handles corners

I would be down to go but I have an unsettling sound coming from one of my wheels that I want to get looked at before any long drive

I guess ill know by this sunday if i go lol. Im sure it'll handle fine under normal driving and even slightly spirited. Our cars wont handle the same so you wont gain any confidence from my feedback. The tires only play a part in handling for traction. Suspension does the majority of it. But the stretching thats done affects the sidewall. I can tell u this much from normal driving already. Bumps in the road are a bit more solid and less absorbed. Ive already taken on/off ramps at normal to faster speed.

Need help, Some dude.... or idiot rather brought me his car because he changed the oil in it himself and now it's smoking.

So i checked the oil......Wait for it...... 2 quarts over full, Yep so i've changed the head gasket valve seals etc.

I already knew the intake was the cause of smoke but the seal on the head gasket was broken so i had to do that anyway.

So i sprayed it out with intake cleaner then decided i'd rather ask you guys so i would know wtf im doing so i can do it the best

Here's the throttle body opening after being sprayed out... still full of oil




What do i do?

Carb cleaner isnt gonna work very well against that much oil. Even if you sprayed it heavily, which maybe you could try. Assuming the manifold is still off, you should try something thats gonna dissolve the oil better. Wont hurt the manifold and then go over it again with carb cleaner. It'll get dirty along the way sure but id clean it as best as possible while its off. Oh i know! Get the engine cleaner/degreaser that foams. It works pretty well on the block and should work great in the manifold. Carb cleaner dissipates too quickly and works better on dry particles. Worked great when i cleaned my manifold but didnt do much against the oil streaks that were in it either. You could go super cheap and just let dish soap do the work.

It's ridiculous what some people can accomplish

The head was full of this and the pistons had about a quarter inch of burnt oil on top of them aswell as the valves

Why do we start individual threads with tech/mechanical questions, Lets just start 1 thread called ask Nemesis.

He already has everything on honda tech dating back to 05 stored in his head.

Ok, maybe a little too far but anyway, Foam degreaser worked perfectly cleared it right out and it only cost $4.00 for two 17oz cans :thumbs up
