My First Integra!!

Hi everyone! I'm new here on the forums, but I am looking into purchasing my own Integra :D. Right now I'm currently looking at a black 1991 DA9 Integra ls. Since this is going to be my first Integra and I know NOTHING about them, I thought that it would be cool to sign up on here and learn more about them :). The only thing is this guy did a GSR swap on it and I was wondering if I listed everything that he did/what's in it, that someone on here could tell me if it sounds... legit? haha

It has 140,xxx on the chassis and 27,xxx on the 1994 gsr. Arp headstuds, cometic metal headgasket, JDM CTR pistons, full supertech valve train, ported and polished, crower 404 cams, fully blueprinted and balanced, JDM B16 cable tranny with ITR limited slip (lsd) and ls 5th gear synchro, function and form stage 2 coilovers, this car has tons of real performance mods no stupid high school kragen parts this setup dynoed at 233 whp and 180 tq on my butt dyno.

This is what he sent me. Again I have NO experience with Integras but I really like them and they seem hella fun and cool lol :D

Any comments or feedback is really appreciated fellas :)

He wants $1000 for it and I'm gunna call him and ask and make sure he has all the paperwork on the new engine and see if I can get some pictures of it.

This is the car and what pictures I have now.

Jesus is THE way
1000 sounds way too cheap, whats wrong wit it that he wants to get rid of it that bad. i'd sell my 94 gsr engine for just under 1000. sounds too good to be true for me. def get those receipts and dyno sheets

This^ I'd stay away from that at all costs unless he has ALL receipts and proof of said work and parts installed

I would look the car over very carefully. But id say even if it has a stock gsr in it id take it for $1000 no questions. Be prepared its prolly going to have alot of fan boy botched work (99% of socal DA's and hondas in general do) And his butt dyno is way off like most peoples that havent built racecars or tuner cars. they just guess. look close to make sure it hasent been in a wreck. If the bodys straight, has gsr, runs good, shifts good and its not hacked up to hell go for it. search google on how to check engine codes and trans codes its very simple and will reveal any fan boy BS. other then that looks like a pretty good find pic wise

If it sounds to good to be true it is. That being said If it runs and drives good and you like it then buy it. If your like everyone else here your going to build it the way you want it anyway.

That sounds.... way too good to be true. GSR motor on Hmotors is 2800, alone.. without the tranny. My buddy just picked up an EG hatch with a GSR swap for 2800 and the thing has tons of shit wrong with it. Go check it out, make sure the body is straight.. look closely at the core support. take it for a drive, idk man. maybe the gsr gods are watching you haha
