Lol...good point, if its as stupid as my valves not sealing due to carbon buildup from running untuned, I'll be pissed...at myself, lol...Dang. Probably all that driving while it was untuned

if they arent sealing all the way they are probably slightly bent. they should seal all the way even if you run with a basemap. You replaced the seals etc right? I would do a compression test. I was 250 across the board so you should be a little higher. I would do a test with break cleaner if and when you take your head off. Spray brake cleaner or whatever you want into the intake and exhaust ports (with some spark plug in the spark plug tube) and if it leaks they are either bent or not coming down all the way.
