Thanks! I still have a few plans for it. I sure was. I can't really see your avatar so I'm not to sure which one is your teg.

I added my build thread, has a few pics of my car. However, I was the black dc2 that almost got real familiar with you during the first session in cotton corners. I was passing that Porsche on the outside and had to ditch in to the dirt in order to save our cars hah. Barely missed you in time, so I am sorry if I scared you hah

Oooo. You're that guy lol.
Yeah, I stalled my car when I spun out and had trouble starting up my car so I was pretty much stuck at that spot with incoming traffic.

Yup, I am that guy haha. Good thing we didn't collide. That would have been no fun for anybody. I also think later in the same session I went 2 wheels off at sunset and caused you to spin right behind me...Again my bad. lol The rest of the day seemed to go well though. I don't think we even saw each other on track after that first session.

How did you end up doing out there that day? I was only running a 2:15-2:17 pace all day, so not too happy about that, but oh well.

Oh and nice on the carpet yank. I would just leave it out. Easier to vacuum after track day.

Haha. Yeah that was fun. I ran my personal best at 2:28 that day. I need to be more aggressive in my braking.
I am highly considering in leaving the carpet out or put in an alternative lighter carpet.

Congrats on the personal best! Yeah I know what you mean. I need to work on later braking too. My main issues were not being wide open throttle when I could have been, and a few lines to clean up. But ya, keep up the good work.

I would just keep it out. I plan on yanking mine too, but I am waiting until it gets colder so I can remove the sound deadening tar crap easier. Dry ice isnt as effective when its 100 degrees out.

it works about the same, my car was cool in the garage while it was 100 out. It worked just as well
