Speedin the mechanical engineer..
I start engineering at McMaster university in September, thinking of chemical engineering.. what does mechanical get you involved in?
and if you guys ever post a freaking challenge I can win, I'm going to make the next challenge a pic of your teg parked near Niagara Falls... mostly so someone can come and entertain me for a bit.

Sweet man! I have a few friends doing Chem Eng they love it. But then again they LOVE chem. I mean I like chem, but not enough to take amount of chem classes they do. What doesn't ME get you involved in, lol. But really Mechanical can go just about anywhere, its extremely broad.

when i met my prof. he described mechanical engineering as "anytime a human interacts with something, and as a result something moves" haha. Extremely broad is almost an understatement.

right on.. I always liked chemistry, I'm a bit of a nerd when it comes to that haha..
I freak out when I'm at work and I see something like "sodium mono[whatever]" sodium only has 1 bonding position, and unless it's coordinate covalent bonding (which it isn't!) there's no need for the mono.

I think you will do fine in Chem Eng. LOL, I had my chem last year and I can just remember what your talking about. I remember covalent bonding but not the structure of sodium in particular. Just wait till you get to play with some of the big budget toys and chemicals! :lol: At one point my hand was black for about a week.... :roll:right on..
