Im proud and honored to be a fellow da owner after all of the mobile 1 answers. To the two that put pennzoil and castrol. You guys need to research the oil your using and the company. If you still like them stay with it. But like I tell everyone.hp makes castrol.they built a pipe line that could with stand the elements or pressure where they were pumping in the ocean,then it takes them 3 months to fix and it broke again. Lol they can't make motor oil. Pennzoil is the littlest filter motor oil made. It practically comes out black from the containers that its packaged.. I have seen the effects of using it and others but Exxon mobile is the only company that makes a motor oil that you don't have to change but every 15,000 miles with light duty driving 10,000 for heavy duty. Now that's motor oil. And yes you can. My manager has an accord with 235,000 miles on it and oil has only been changed every 14,000 and when I pulled the valve cover off the internals were mint and clean. Just doing a valve adjustment for him by the way.

Well, apparently I'm the oddball out here using Honda 10w30 synthetic blendl and an OEM Honda filter.

Walmart Syntec 10w30, Fram filter. 170,000 with no real oil burn or leaks. Changed every 3-4000 miles.
