To the OP, depending on the time of the year, the oil has to be diff. I believe in the winter time you want thinner oil (10w/20) and in the summer you want thicker oil (10w/30)

& i had the same ticking noise but it was because i didnt have enough oil

It needs a valve adjustment I freaked out cause my car was low on oil and I though it was knocking. My buddy looked at it and said cal down valves just need to be adjusted . Another way you can tell by gas mileage has your Integra been using more fuel then usual?
