x2 own ppl like me . Becareful though, you could break your car while trying to practice. Its something you need to sacrifice to earn some experience.all you need is an offramp and practice heel toe all day and trail braking and left foot braking and go to a track and shit on all t he kids who dont know how to heel toe or rev match like me hehehe
thats why you learn to rev match first, then heel toe is just rev matching while pressing the breaks. left foot braking and trail breaking are harder. Left foot is something i learned on my street when i was comming to a stop sign. then once i could control it i took it to hairpin corners. i still dont know how to trail brake. i probably do it but idk cause i dont know how to describe what it isx2 own ppl like me . i rev match often, its like a habit. Heeltoe once and awhile too, but never been to the tracki rev match/heel toe when coming to a stop or slowing down every now and then
I know man right? I watched it yesterday and it just hit me.wow...watched this as i was about to go for a drive.
this video definitely burned the images into my brain forever.
Rev matching and heel-toe shifting is only one technique. It doesn't make you better or faster than anyone necessarily. I know a guy with a boost DB7 that doesn't heel-toe and his turn-ins, lines, and throttle control would shit on just about everybody on this site :lol:all you need is an offramp and practice heel toe all day and trail braking and left foot braking and go to a track and shit on all t he kids who dont know how to heel toe or rev match like me hehehe

I just remembered, when I used to teach autobody collision repair @ my old high school, I showed this to all of the periods . This changed the views of most of the students. I always advised them to race at the track. Mel knows wassup.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wkyRvW1cBB4
