I think he is referring to the fact that I have an OBD1 VC but I have 98+ bumpers.. my cars a 99 teg.. I just got the OBD1 VC powercoated cuz I like that one better than the ODB2 one... I'm actually getting ride of that VC if I can ever find a LS spark plug cover 4sale.. I got a lil artwork I want to do on a VC..
