My A/C belt is laying on the floor next to the compressor cut in half

My Si's is not going anywhere, and she blows real cold.

mine will blow frost...but i dont use the a/c too much, i like the windows down and the sunroof open

My compressor is seized and stuck in the locked position so it has to be off... otherwise the motor doesn't turn over/run.

now theres a good reason to cut the belt.

sad thing is, I didn't even cut it... lol, we actually took it off the correct way.
