.... what kinda asian are you joe.. i am disappoint.
Haha. My post was deleted from last nights server failure. It's odd for me to repeat this again. But I'm not Asian Tom. I'm black. All this tan pigmentation is actually a birthmark. My real skin color is underneath it all.

Everybody play nice. Why be rude to people? We all had to learn at some point as well.

Now XjoEnX, adding mods to your car is very useless if you do not go in for a proper tune. Also, adding mods that do not work together is also equally as useless. What you want to do is start with the basic head work, port job, valve train upgrade etc. Then you move on to the bolt ons to accentuate those mods done to the head(cams, intake manifold/throttlebody port matching, exhaust). Don't worry about the block really, most power gains will be done through the head in some way shape or form. The block just has to hang(You can boost compression slightly, but it don't go crazy). That is the very short version of what I was originally going to type. However, the best machine work and bolt on mods in the world will not give you much of a gain if your car is not tuned by a good tuner to support those mods.

Here is what I would do if I were you. Save up and convert that bad boy to 5 speed. Then save up a little more and get a proper baseline tune. Worry about adding more power mods after.

Also, nobody really knows what your power and quarter mile time will be. Quarter mile time has so many factors that just can not be predicted with such little information. As for power, that also depends on how much your car was putting out stock. And as they said, if it is an ebay chip, it is probably hurting your power rather than helping it. Don't feel bad though, I used one of those chips when I was younger. Turned out to wash out my cylinder walls and fry my rings...try to avoid that and get a proper tune from the beginning, it is worth it.

Goodluck sir, and if you have any questions just ask.

Oh I'm aware of this. :) I never ask for tech advice nor give any on here. I'm pretty casual with my posts and provide encouragement where it's needed unless something is just oddly wrong. I've always hated to be in the position where my tech advice might not work out for the other the way it did for me, and then everyone comes back and says, "I did it, now this went wrong, how do I fix it from there?" and then having to answer a new slew of questions.

I'm even more confused now because I don't know if your response was meant for OP or myself. Not confused about the content of your post (which provides great info :thumbs up) but who it's directed to lol. I was reading last night and saw wild numbers like 9000 and 900 and just thought, WTF are these guys talking about? Are they serious or being sarcastic. I was out of it yesterday.

It was to whomever finds it helpful I guess. The first line is for the people mocking on this thread(and any thread really). The rest was originally intended for you, but then it drifted off to be sort of a public advice Hah.

And those guys were yanking your chain, sort of mocking you. No need to be confused. Just ignore it.

And if you arent asking for advice, what is your real question? You want us to guess what your power might be?

Go race your car and post your timeslip, pup. You're asking the most vague of questions. And I assume your chip is manufactured by Doritos Corp?

Bottom line is youre asking for a guessing game but your setup on that car hardly makes any more power than stock if at all. Like i said in my first post you need to understand what each part does, why it does it and how it does it. People DO put parts on their car and end up slower.

It is what makes it special! And im going to contradict you. Not EVERY mod throw on a car is useless without a tune. Just not optimized.
