YESSSSS!! i did it Check my car out boys stock right know but i will be upgrading parts soon

here how to lower the car this is for HT forum have fun, and do your research b4 you lower it

The front suspension, there is a 17 mm adjusting bolt that lets you loosen the tension on the torsion bar. By adjusting it, you can raise it or lower it. The rear uses regular springs, I have tokico shocks and rear springs. One problem though is that the stock torsion bar is soft so when lowering them, the shocks start to bottom out on big bumps. Upgrade motoring sells stiffer torsion bars.

Hey bro I have a brand new header for that- Its boxed up but if you like I can get you a pic.

BTW I know I have low post on here but I have feedback in g1teg.org (1goldteg) and g2ic.com(same user name)

I had three 1st gens, love those cars! I belive I still have some ects. LMK if you need anything

hello there am new to this website and i just bought a integra 1996 ls and i want to put turbo on it and is 8 psi safe to put on it and also would it blow uo my engine or transmission
