It's real, Some guy had a LS1 from a 2004 Corvette laying around in his garage and a beat up civic... Put the engine in the civic and thats what you got. They had to move the firewall and dash back quite abit for the engine to fit.

Why in the hell would you hope it's not i-VTEC?

i-VTEC as found in the RSX Type S, Civic Si, Type R's is better than VTEC. i-VTEC found in the base RSX and EP3 isn't as good but the "real" i-VTEC with seperate high and low rpm lobes is better than just plain VTEC

The older NSX is ten times better looking. But i think the production NSXs are gonna look a lil better than the prototype. Hopefully ALOT better cuz its FUGLY. And the LS1 in the EK..... cool, fast, but i would rather put an LS1 into a better designed chassis for rear wheel drive, Like a later year 240sx would be alot sicker.

We had a some guy with a 240 put an LS1 and it was loud as hell. and who know they might make a base NSX and a Type S NSX with the i Vtec in a v10 it would be good in ways but you will never know if they go with the i Vtec for the base RSX and the EP3 or go with the RSX Type S, Civic Si, Type R's even if they didn't have vtec or i-vtec it would be great to boost.

So the Honda dealership nextdoor to the one i work at says that the difference between Vtec and I-Vtec is a timing chain vs timing belt. That true or they full-a-crap?

ITS NO LONGER MR..... that is what made the NSX and now its just blah.... I will not consider those concepts as an NSX.... I REFUSE!!!!

Yea that is definitely an LS1 corvette Engine! Is that running or what? what's the status with that project?
