I'm planning on getting a GSR head and doing the LS/VTEC. I'm looking at the Comptech Intake, JDM 4-1 Header...undecied on exhaust, but my choices are ITR Exhaust, RS*R Ex-Mag, A'PEXi WS2. What do you think?

Well, I wouldn't get a 2.5 inch collector header unless I were also planning on getting a 2.5 exhaust. What's your peak whp and powerband target areas? Maybe you should stick with a regular 2.36-2.38 exhaust and go with a 2.25ish collector diameter. 2.36-8 inch exhausts are much more plentiful and inexpensive that 2.5's.

Oh yeah, then I'd definitley go with 2.5.

I'm planning on doing the LS/VTEC engine build with Skunk2 cams, cam gears, valve springs, retainers, P30 pistons, P28 Ecu, GSR tranny, and the list goes on.

JDM ITR 4-1 Header 2.5" Outlet
Carsound Cat 2.5" inlet / 2.5" outlet

What exhaust?

SMSP and Hytech make beautious 2.5 systems, both come with twin loop mufflers. They aern't cheap, but they are the best money can buy. They're worth every penny if you have the pennies.
I still want to buy one of Hytech's twin loop's for my car, $400 bucks though, + shipping from Cali to N.H. for a muffler :shocked2: . Yowza!

I'd get the DC JDM 4-1 over the oem R 4-1. It's barely more money, it looks alot nicer and has nicer welds on the outside and inside. Smoother welds on the inside = smoother exhaust flow.
