oh yeah my girlfriend better known as Gabe he doesn't really care. he likes his civics and s2000 so when my car comes up he doesn't get anything for it unless i'm like 100 or 200 away from the price then he'll help with part of it... however that's only happened twice so the car doesn't get too much attention from him.

My wife never been inside the teg. But I showed her a NSX that was parked and she fell in love with it and told me to sell the teg and buy the NSX and she will take the Benz, haha the only way I buy a NSX is if I can find a legal register NSX-R.

well my wife has been going through this for quite sometime, i had a 93 extended cab s10,dropped quite a bit of money in it within the 4-5 years i had it. now i have the teg.doing the same as i did with the s10. but now we have kids and a huse payment so i know i have other prioritys unlike before.
she respects my love for cars but hates it. she hates that i gets on this site 3 times a day and hates when i have to spend money on something or want to spend money on a new mod.

My gf thinks its "cute" the way I obsess over my teggy. She likes it though, and actually thinks its fun hearing it (currently Apexi/BC combo so pretty loud). I can't help but talk about it alot though and I think sometimes she gets annoyed

My ex, ex loved my EJ1..
My last ex loved my DC4, but would argue that her 03 Celica GTS was so much better. I mean, a $13k fully loaded car vs my $3k base model car, I had to give her some props.
The one thing she hated most about my car was that it was so low, but that was only sometimes.. Like when we were drunk at a local orchard party and I couldn't drive far enough into the dark orchard so we can have our fun in the back seat.
And she would get annoyed at the fact that I'd be so paranoid every time we took it out somewhere.
Most girls say my car is "cute" or "you look cute in it" blah blah blah.
