I figured out what it was, the plastic grommet that actuates the neutral safety switch on the clutch was broken. I didn't have a replacement so I ended up just making and forming one on the clutch pedal out of hot glueDoes it only click once when it doesn't start? It could be the copper contact points inside it and that's only like 15-20 to fix.

still fighting this clutch pedal spring to put my damn pedal back in. Anyone have an idea on how to more easily put the pedal back in?
