Installed a new center console, so now I don't have the automatic center console anymore and now debris can't get in there as freely! :) Plus it doesn't look as homeless.

What it looked like before:

tried replacing my dizzy rotor, didn't do it because I was about to strip the screw holding the rotor and didn't have another one handy. (Old rotor was a little worn, but still quite useable and wasn't acting up before hand)

Put the cap back on, screw it in.

Op-check the car. It won't turn on now. :( Ugh

Double checked my wiring and plugs were all in the proper place and seated properly. I'm stumped.

I also noticed I have cracked around the holes for the screws on the cap, but I don't think that will effect performance since there is a metal bushing in there too.

This will cause your car to not start.

You didnt replace the cap, but was going to change out the rotor? Did you check the prongs inside of the cap? Be careful when tightening the caps, they are only plastic and only needs to snugged. A lot of people over tighten them and wonder why it cracked

To get the screw out, you will have to drill a small hole and use an easy out. Get the ones that have sharp teeth, so it can bite into the screw. If you get the dull version, then you might have to fuck with it and its a PITA to use properly.

Might have to go into harborfreight for the easy out. Autozone carries them, but they wont work very well.

did you put the dizzy in backwards?

Also autozone caps and rotors suck.

No, the only thing I did was take the rotor cap off, attempt to take out the rotor. Had no luck because the screw was starting to strip and I didn't want it to completely strip, so I gave up and just put my rotor cap back on. Next thing I know the car won't start.
