I considered the TI DIY but did the seat pan and rail swap instead. I like that the seat will recline fully with the seat pan swap method.

...I did swap the pans and rails. Lol I can recline back more than my old DC seats. And they sit a bit lower AND gained about 4 inches of leg space... so in the end I'm happy.
