I just re read the op post you said you have it bridged.. What you need to do is not bridge it run it on 1 channel the reason its cutting out isn't so much that its running hot but that its pulling too much too fast.. Meaning that when the sub hits its pulling too much power for the ohms and rms that your running.. Put the sub on 1 channel and the cut out will stop and it will sound better cause you'll actually be able to tune it in to what you listen to
