+1. You can get a good kit for under $200 and they DO make a difference. Speacily on older cars where the grounds have started to go.

Halo lights, straight up they changed the face of my car they arent the cheapest thing around but i have a 90 gs with lsvtec and that shit is black as night just the lights stood out too much now it looks so f'n sleek during they day and at night all you see in the mirror are the halo's and hear the engine while I pass ur ass in vtec baby
