weird rev idle?

Hey i have been ignoring this for a few weeks cause i just didnt have the funds to get it checked out, just paids for a timing belt water pump replacement and a valve adjustment...

i recorded my rev idle:

i was thinking a vacuum leak?

i cant see the video... but a vacum leak could cause a wandering idle...

I would clean this guy out then, It is more temperamental at controlling the idle when the car is colder.

my old ls/v integra had a iacv block off plate welded over it and it sucked when you would start it up below 50 degrees cause i tryed to clean it out and then it got fucked up and i got pissed and got rid of it

my auto ls 94 does it before it's warmed up, the handbook with the car says that the car in d4 will rev higher changing gears to warm the transmition up, i just asumed that it does that to warm it self up. it stops when its warm. has anything else happened with it though?
