i just got my vafc installed... and i was testing out different vtec points... and then i was driving them CRRRRRRRRRRRRRACK my clutch went out ... omg i just got a new clutch 2 months ago..its not that im a bad driver. like i stated in a previous post, this clutch was SOOOOOOO soft.. u have to baby it and rev it everytime when u wanna drive into 1st gear.. this pedal just GLIDED to the ground with no back pressure... so i was wondering should i have warranty on the clutcH?? my recipt is at my other house so i dunt kno.. but it should have some warranty right its been only 2 months and 3k miles

The manufacturer of the clutch might have some sort of warranty, but you usually have to have proof that it was installed by a certified tech.

also depends on where you bought it from. if buoght form a local parts store you should be alright with a warranty.

i bought it from a mechanic autobody shop... a licsensed prof. installed it... too bad he sucks ass. i found the recipt,. i have a 6 month warranty.. so i gotta take it in.. but i bet hes gonna be PISSSED cuz thats money comming out of his pocket.. hes gonna jack up my car...but hell prolly install the soft clutch again and use cheap shit thats what pisses me off.

well if that happens then just take it back again. keep doing it until he does it right. that way he will always have to buy you a new clutch. or you could sue, I'm sure theres a law out there for that sort of thing. there is a law for everything it seems like
