does the base RSX have the I-VTEC? if so i would say not get camgears at all. One of the features of I-VTEC is that it uses the specially designed cam gears to change the Intake cam timing to get optimal power for the conditions.

Practically all the new Honda vehicles have i-VTEC (Si, CRV, Element, Accord, RSX, Type S, Type R.....etc.) I think the only new Hondas that don't have i-VTEC is the NSX, S2000 and the V6 Accord. But everything else under the Acura badge has i-VTEC, i believe. Don't quote me on it though.

huh, another piece of information i didnt kno, i think i might have to push off my mods even longer than i expected, got alot of things i've been putting on so i can work on my car, and gotta finish up things i've started. so might not see any updates from me in a while.
