You should have saw the scubby with the same motor set up @ IA. Putting a oversized motor in a DA is going to do nothing but break the wallet and have you cursing for hrs, days, and weeks. IMO. Not saying its impossible but its going to require an act of god. Plus the whole hood issue thing bothers me.....but I hope you find the answers you are looking for man. I know a H2B is cutting it close I have seen and worked on one before in a DA. PAIN IN THE A$$!!!!

2. Get lots of intercooler piping
3. Mount a turbo on the hitch, run piping to motor.

Use this turbo. Turbo lag will be horrible, but after 15 seconds you will be screaming.

how much fab would the engine bay need to fit the v6? haha and there waqs a guy where i live that put a big ass deisel turbo on his monte carlo he built. it was and is still the fastest car in town. holy hell he know his shit about building cars..
